Our Services

Cinexit Technologies provides custom software development services including but not limited to business management systems, point-of-sale systems, web store development, CRM solutions, analytics dashboards, and web applications.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for each project will be agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal between Cinexit Technologies and the client before work commences.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Cinexit Technologies website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Cinexit Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Regarding custom software we build for clients: upon full payment of all agreed fees, the client receives full ownership of the custom code and deliverables specific to their project. Cinexit Technologies retains the right to reuse general frameworks, tools, and methodologies developed during the project.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Cinexit Technologies for software development services agree to provide accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and any necessary access or materials required to complete the project.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Cinexit Technologies reserves the right to terminate engagements where clients act in bad faith, fail to make agreed payments, or violate these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

Changes to These Terms

Cinexit Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
